Welcome to the mesoSPIM-control documentation

mesoSPIM-control is Python/PyQt-based acquisition software for mesoSPIM light-sheet microscopes. It controls hardware, manages acquisition protocols, and provides a user-friendly GUI for complex multichannel, multiview, and tiling acquisitions.
